Replacing doors and repairing trim and rotten door casing is something we seem to be consistently doing. We have lost track of how many of these jobs we’ve done, but we still don’t let ourselves fall asleep regarding the details. It makes a huge difference to not only the attractiveness, but also the lifespan of windows and doors when you repair with quality materials in these highly visible areas. Especially when you reseal them afterward with a new coat of paint.
